 Hello everyone so sorry for the lack of posts recently! I promise to try and turn over a new blogging leaf and post more regularly!So this post is going to be a long one to make up for it!

• The Hull Vintage Fair - Saturday 1st September Hull City Hall 12pm - 5pm- The Hull Vintage Fair is back! and this time for a big Summer special! Make room in your wardrobes because we're bringing 50 vintage traders to fit you out in some new Autumn attire from the 1940s-1980s.

• Humber Street Market - Sunday 16th September 11am - 4pm  - More than just a place to shop...

York Does Vintage @ Easter

Well last Sunday was the great York Does Vintage and as always we had a fabulous time! The day was really busy and I didn't get time to take any photos! so here are a couple of promo shots that I have taken for an upcoming advert (more about that later) showing some of our products.

Humber Street Market @ Fruit Hull

This Sunday Claire's Vintique will be at the fabulous Humber Street Market at Fruit. It kicks off at 11am down on the Marina (so you still can have your Sunday lie in!)
 Its also Mother's Day so its a great excuse take your Mums out for the day and pop down to the market and treat her! You'll find hand made items and trinkets, vintage clothing, unique accessories and decorations, organic local food including desserts, jams, cheeses, coffee, tea and much more!
We have some great vintage teacups and cake stands alongside some unique vintage inspired handmade jewellery! so great for those last minitue Mothers Day gifts!

We are going to York!

Hi everyone double exciting news! we are at not one but two amazing events this weekend! Saturday (15th October)  is going to be very fun ... Both events are organised by the wonderful Now and Then Events the first event is York does Vintage  which is held in the beautiful St Williams College which is just near York Minster have a look at the map on the flyer below its only £1 to get in with 30% of this going to support the Alzheimer's Society! York Does Vintage is a truly fantastic, lively event bringing you gorgeous vintage goodies, gems and bargains, bustling vintage tearoom and live music, photo opportunities, hair and makeup girlie's, nail bar and mini treatments, York's Clothes Swap, workshops and much much more!

WOW! We are so excited about having a stall and being at this event!

 

If that wasn't too exciting we will also have a stall at the evening event that follows York Does Vintage. What a day for lovers of vintage!

The Vintage Tease Event promises to be an evening of glitz, glam and bubbles So come along and join in the fun, (30% of all ticket sales will be going to the Alzheimer's Society in York.)

The line up sounds amazing ... Feast your eyes on some fabulous acts from Coquette (York) Burlesque and Cabaret Club, cheer on our mini fashion show showcasing York's beautiful vintage scene and emerging designers

We will have stall at this event to so come pay us a visit in between all the wonderful acts! and treat yourself to something glamorous!

We really can't wait!

Saltaire Antiques & Collectables Market

Exciting news we will be in the Victoria Hall in Saltaire tomorrow at the following event Saltaire Antiques & Collectables Market  (click for details). More exciting news we are having a Autumn stock clearance! with lots of vintage items for £5 or less, so come see us and grab a vintage bargain!

Saltaire Festival.

We will be in Saltaire this Saturday for the Saltaire Vintage Home and Fashion Fair we will be amongst 50 stalls of vintage fashion and homewares spread throughout 2 rooms. There will be vintage clothing from the 20's to the 80's alongside jewellery, accessories, small furniture, kitchenalia, funky ceramics, Art Deco clocks....the list is endless, and you never know what you may find!
Interlude Tea Room & Emporium will be providing the vintage style refreshments and we'll have music from the 20's to the 70's playing all day. As it's the Saltaire Festival finale weekend, the lovely Continental Market will also be happening outside the Hall and Saltaire will be full of Festival fun!
